At the age of 95 as he sits in his little room at the Kibbutz Beit Hashita, Azaria Alon returns to the paths of Israel; the rivers; mountains; valleys; and the dozens of tracks that he paved himself since arriving in the Jezreel Valley as a child in 1925. He returns to the landscapes that disappeared and turned into real estate sites and to those that are still here, yet his physical condition doesn't allow him to visit them as he did before.

This is a film about a reunion between two heroes, One was the 24-year-old captain of the ship Exodus – Ike Aharonovitz; the other a 30-year-old illegal immigrant and gifted speaker – Mordechai Roseman. intimate look into the lives of the two which brings across the difference between the dream they wove on the ship and the reality of life in Israel. Broadcast on Channel 8. Entered in documentary film festivals the world over. "Displaced," was a coproduction with the French-American company- ideas4films.

"Maytal" was filmed shortly after the terrorist attack of Dizengoff center in 1996.
Nine years later, I've resumed my documentation of Maytal at a point at which her life will once again undergo dramatic change. About a year and ahlf following the attack, Maytal separated from her husband, and after years on her on, she decides to commence fertility treatments and to have a child as a single mother. The treatments, the bouts of anesthesia, the operations under life-threatening conditions; Maytal, in a single moment, back to the past.
